Certainly anyone and everyone could be competition for everyone else- there are no barriers to entry and a successful business model will be emulated by others to be sure. However, think about how many travel agencies- how many major chains- are successful all across this country. Online there will be fewer to be sure that will make it, but I do think that there is room for 5, 10, even 20 successful online agencies over the long term. IFLY may have a nice niche to carve out with a low-fare but high-service (human operators when desired) approach. If you believe in the management then I think there's plenty of reason to believe in the stock as a good speculative play.
