"Cool products they may be, but if people won't pay for them,
they don't make a good product development decision."

Sad but true.

And your comment about the indication being either getting
ready for a new rev or cancelling is what keeps me wondering
what is going on.

Back to the first point--I wonder if they could sell more
either, as I've said before, by pushing the Internet angle
or perhaps by targetting individuals and institutions that
are engaging in research using the internet. I'd have to
imagine that such a tool would be great to have in university
settings or for people like me who enjoy delving into a subject
deeply without the frustration of having to use multiple
engines and manually filter out the redundant responses, let
alone all the dead links...

Does it make sense to try to reposition the product in one
of these 2 ways (or both) or not? And if not, why?

P.S. The low numbers may have something to do with the product
not being available as widely as before January--I don't
remember exactly when the product started to disappear from
shelves.
