Dave, I've been waiting to hear from you again. Been wondering when the report would be finished. What's your take on the Brazil issue that they will open up their telecom system to private enterprise? I think that it could be a real plus for TSCP if they get in on the ground floor. Please post when the report is completed Thanks Steve
