TJS: I think they were on time with the 1997 Third Quarter 10-Q and I thought they had finally turned the corner and were going to start complying like a real company. Now it begins anew with this latest fiasco. I certainly agree they are again playing with fire. The real question is why are they again doing this and taking such heat? Stupidity? Possibly, but in these circumstances unlikely. Remember JV indicated he is waiting for letters from their attorneys concerning litigation matters before filing. This might give us all a clue as to just how important the litigation matters are to this company. Next question. Is the company waiting for other developments on these litigation matters before filing? Are these developments so important that the company is willing to take the heat caused by another late filing? If so, perhaps the company feels it necessary to take the course they are. We will see.
