Just the fax, ma'am.

Been talking to everybody to figure out this fax situation. Here's what I think is going on from my conversations:

ETPI was the company which originally contacted Rapid Release to write an opinion/research report. They anticipated paying a certain amount for a one-page report distributed to xxx,xxx number of people. When Rapid Release put together the research report, they included ACOR and IGHS on the fax, making it a two page report. ETPI stepped back and said whoa, we're not going to belly up for the entire cost when we have to share billing with ACOR and IGHS. They offered to pay 1/3 and have ACOR and IGHS pay the other portion, but either Rapid Release or IGHS or ACOR didn't bite. So ETPI said screw it, we're going with someone else, and it's up to Rapid Release and ACOR/IGHS to decide what they want to do with the writeup.

Have no idea what the next step is. Someone may want to give a call in to Eli or ACOR directly to find out more.
