I see Dow Jones had the following story on Huttoe and the SGA the other day and it in part read.....

"....An attorney for the SEC said the securities industry regulatory agency is seeking A RETURN OF ALL ILLEGAL PROFITS, SAID
TO EXCEED $10 MILLION....."

Does the SEC, as does the IRS, pay 10% if someone locates Huttoe with the money? If so then the reward would amount to over One Million bucks for locating Huttoe and his stash, quite an incentive.
