I agree on the P/E adjustment until audit results are announced. I am looking to next year when the accounting problem will be a distant memory and P/E will rise in accordance of it's predictable future growth potential.
I am also looking for a down side risk of $20. This has more to do with the likely DJ correction in the coming weeks. I agree with you on CD being relatively low risk solid purchase.
