Mike: I mentioned in a later message that I received the Info two days later even though I never received an E-mail which is fine. I am in the process of waiting until 9:00 AM to call Customer support now.I ordered Cleansweep Extra strength from the Online Store and received it two days later which was yesterday but I am afraid to open it as even though the Packing slip states that it is Extra strength it did not get shipped in a Box which is fine,however, the User Manual is Yellow and is labeled only "Cleansweep Uninstaller" instead of being Red and labeled Extra strength like the picture so I am delayed in installing it as I am afraid to open it and not be able to return it. Also I understand that I will have to pay the shipping back which will not make me happy including the delay. Maybe Quarter Deck uses the same colr Manual for both to save costs but I am wishing more and more that I would have purchased it from a Retail Store instead. Charles
