Roger Mincheff Appointed President of Enhanced Services Co.
HOUSTON, May 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Enhanced Services Co., Inc., (Nasdaq: ESVS) today appointed Roger Mincheff to President. Enhanced recently entered into a strategic investment in ZULU-Tek (OTC Bulletin Board: NETZ), and the two companies are pursuing a joint business combination(A). As President, Mr. Mincheff will play an instrumental role in combining Enhanced and Zulu into a single enterprise that will provide the most comprehensive solutions for conducting business on the Internet. The companies have developed a three-pronged strategy which blends experience in online advertising sales, strength in technology, and ability to leverage both to create long-term, mutually-beneficial partnerships.

Mr. Mincheff is regarded as a pioneer in the online marketing field, as one of the few leaders that has been groomed by the industry. As former executive vice president of Zentropy Interactive, a web content and online marketing company, Mr. Mincheff developed marketing solutions for major entertainment, fashion and corporate brand clients, and was instrumental in establishing Zentropy as a premier company in this field. Before joining Zentropy, Mr. Mincheff was the online marketing manager for Philips Media, a division of Philips Electronics. Previously, he was the director of marketing for EarthSpirit.
