God, are you clueless. "FTEL is located near WCOM and GTE, or something like that, insinuating that meant something."

There is a very LARGE difference between being located near someone and having your equipment colocated in the same facilities. Or having someone supply you state-of-the-art comm facilities for nothing.

You are simply amazing.
