LE, please stop playing this silly game. If you can predict the future with any absolute certainty, then I would suggest starting 1-900-LEPREDICTS. It has already been discussed on the thread that the warrants would increase the share count if the proposal, I repeat proposal went through.

The new, lower share total would give FAMH renewed opportunity to issue a lot more shares of stock, something I don't think anyone has mentioned. Ira gets to keep the millions of dollars made off previous stock sales, and can make millions more on any issued after the reverse. Clever.

Please stop, your missing the point. Yes there were share count has increased from last year. By a little over a factor of 2...Their revenue base, on the other hand, has increased by a factor of 10.

This was just an idea, and unless you have Ira's ear, which I truly doubt, then you know as much or as little as anyone else on the certainty of your last statement.
