I have taken this position as the agent for my own recovery of funds and yours also. WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!! My position as your agent follows very explicate guidelines. Some of my duties include obedience and performance, loyalty to the principle(The shareholder),reasonable care and the transfer of information. It is the duty of the agent to keep the principle informed of all facts relating to the agency which are relevant to protecting the principles interest. Because the OMG stock problem is a very serious matter and involves large amounts of funds, certain steps have been taken by your representative (Agent) to assure you that we have put the shareholders concerns on our priority list. At this time we must continue to be patient, even though I realize many of us have possibly reached the reasonable limits of understanding.
