All stocks seem to be moving except mine! :) General question: I've been looking at my broker's system whch has ProChart - and its Expert Rules feature. It reports on trends suggested by the most active (changed) technical indicators. However, I find that being "trailing" indicators, their predictive value so far hasn't been very impressive. Reason? Technical indicators do not include a company's "story", or internal business situations before they become common knowledge - all this of which you have already covered in your previous postings. What is your considered opinion of ER (Expert Rules) in ProChart? Are you familiar with it?? Thanks for any comments! (I follow these indicators, but like to roll in stories and inside info., including rumours, current trend of their sector, etc. and GUT feel, past history - before making investment decisions. I find I could improve my timing considerably ...)
