ISO 9000 is.... For serious businesses in the international scene, ISO certification and compliance is a must!!! With Pinnacle International as the management member of the JV, their ISO capabilities is a major contribution. ISO 9000 is not just quality control or quality assurance. It is a way of doing business, checks and balances, management awareness, employee involvement, standards for product,for schedule development, for reporting and auditing.... Many companies pay big bucks to obtain ISO certification. There are only certain companies that are designated as qualified for administering and granting an ISO cert level. This JV has a principal partner with ISO as its major element. I think that is a smart move, especially in an international scenario--JMHO. Shorty
