Larry if the institutional investor wanted his name in the press release it would be there. It's the fact that the company was able to arrange financing terms in such a favorable fashion that we should be concentrating on as we read that release today.

How about the phrasing about strategic partnerships?

How about the new IR firm?

What will they do for American BioMed to increase the company's exposure to the investment community?

The company now has the cash to commercialize every bit of the technology in R&D by themselves if needed.

Will it all be needed?

Will the company be bring these products to market on it's own or will there be help from strategic partners?

Is there still a possibility of the company being acquired?

You bet. Any or all of the above could happen and the new IR firm could be a big help.

GO ABMI!

Regards, Jeff
