Please note that all of those reported 144's refer to unregistered securities(options,mrp's,esop???).(Not one transaction is labeled a S-sell,an S refers to registered securities most likely purchased on the open market). Also, all sellers no longer work for the company, which leads me to believe that these transactions were option related "cashless" exercises within the ninety-day window after having departed. In contrast look at the insider activity for TCB where there are sells of registered and unregistered securities and no buys. And all of these insiders still work for the institution, that is a more troublesome example of insider selling. Don't get me wrong, I would love to see some insider buying activity...
