Techie, I dont think anyone cares if Cioffi is in his office at Amati from 9 to 5. He still holds a large investment position in Amati and he attends important functions. He can also help with recruiting, such as Peter Chow. USRX might use Amati software when they use TXN's DSP's. That's a lot better position to be in than AWRE or ORCTF. Board members create partnerships and alliances and if you dont believe that, you should not be investing. Why do you spend so much time on AMTX anyway?
