.....I believe that the ATXI reverse merger would have completely obscured the 1st quarter FAMH financials, as they would have become a part of ATXI. Frankly, this was brilliant; too bad for FAMH, that it didn't work. I don't believe that we would have reached (and maintained) the $4 necessary to stay on NASDAQ.

.....It is my opinion that the 1st quarter will not look so good.

.....We need to find another merger candidate, right away.
