Warthog,

It warrants are issued at the time of the reverse and the reverse is a 4 to 1, then the total outstanding shares would only be cut in half.

If at the time of the reverse the shares were at 52 million, there would be 13 million shares and 13 million warrants. A total of 26 million outstanding shares. I believe warrants have to be counted in the total outstanding shares even if they are not yet exercised.
