What we were discussing is the "sense of urgency" on systems for which a "band aid" is in place, and the plant is still running. I doubt that much emphasis will placed on retrofitting a running system unless there is some other business justification for doing so. No doubt that the echoes of the Y2K crisis will ring through the halls of our courtrooms for many years after the real problems have passed!
