Mr. Scacci: 20 Questions - Truth or Consequences
In all fairness to you, I would like to ask you some very direct questions that I and all those reading this board would like some answers too. We will take your answers to be the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. After this, we will be satisfied.
These questions come in light of what happened last week with Sysyems of Excellance (SEXI). The CEO was arrested by the FBI for stock manipulation. We just want to make sure this dosen't happen again.
1. It appears that several 100,000 thousand blocks of shares issued under Regulation D Rule 504 were given out to family and friends for no or little consideration (MONEY). Is this true? Has anyone been given shares for less than market value?
2. What is Groupo Uno, Inc. and where is it located? Are you personally involved with this group? Have you or anyone on your behalf traded shares under the Groupo Uno, Inc. name?
3. Which brokerage firm helped bring Omnigene Diagnostics, Inc. public? Was there more than one brokerage firm involved? If so, who are there and what are there names, addresses and phone numbers.
4. Are you or Omnigene Diagnostics, Inc. in default of the license agreement with Omnigene Inc.?
5. Tell us about Robert Gibson? Your investor packet describes him as a board member of Omnigene Diagnostics. Is he or isn't he? Your packet also describes other board members. Are they board members of Omnigene Inc. or Omnigene Diagnostics Inc. Mr. Mahler is very adament about the fact that these are two separate companies. Who (specifically) are the board members of Omnigene Diagnostics, Inc.?
6. Who is RClark4522 who posts on AOL? His posts reveal a very close relationship. Quoting his post of 11-7-96. "Mr. Gibson has been working on the computer's computer system. As of Sunday(last Sunday) evening, he locked the company computer and encrypted a code so that
OUR data is not available." When he says "our" he indicates that he works for the company or has some close relationship with you. This person also said that Mr. Gibson was jailed last week. He said this after reportly talking to you? Is this true? If it is not why would he have said this? If it is false, this person is spreading false rumors? If it is true, Who jailed Mr. Gibson? Local Police, SEC, Sheriff. Please be specific.
7. Who is John Rossi, who also posts on AOL as XSLuxury? Do you know him personally or casually? Did he receive any compensation from you
or Omnigene Diagnostics or any affiliated company? From his profile, he is located in South Florida.
8. Tell us about your relationship with THE NEXT SUPERSTOCK radio show. How can you sign up to do business with this show. I thought that this show was unbiased. Has the host, Jerry Wegner, received any stock as compensation for his recommenation. Has he been issued any Reg. D Rule 504 stock. If he has what did he pay for the stock. The runup in price has come during the time of his promotion. Has he benefited in any way that the general public could not have also benefited.
9. RLClark in a recent post on AOL, said that sales doubled in the last month. Within $1,000, what are the revenues from dna testing in the month that Mr. Clark is speaking? You must know since you gave the information to Mr. Clark. This is a very important question that the PUBLIC is wanting to know. If we can't have financials, at least give us this info. This should be public information since this is a publicly traded stock. You should know the answer as CEO, shouldn't you?
10. RLClark said in his message on AOL that Mr. Gibson is trying to Black Male (sic) the company for shares of stock? Is this true?
11. RLClark is trying to scare posters on AOL by telling them that he called the SEC and got information from them that "it is illegal to slander a stock on the internet because it could make small investors lose money, but they informed me that it is not illegal to hype a stock as you call it, in any way." It is illegal to slander anyone at at any time, I agree, but RLClark has succeeding in stopping any questions on that post. Mr. Clark seems to point out that it is okay to hype a stock, do you feel this is okay? If so, what is your definition of "HYPE".
12. If Omnigene Diagnostics and Omnigene Inc. are separate companies according to your information. Why was NEWS RELEASES mailed from West Palm Beach, Florida in an envelope from Omnigene, Inc. The envelope was mailed from your location in an envelope from a different company.
Why was this?
In light of the upcoming stock split, informed investors want to know the facts. I know you monitor this post or someone monitors it for you. Please give us the facts before Friday. Just out of curiosity, if Omnigene Diagnostics, Inc. does not benefit from the run up in stock price, why would Mr. Clark or you want to "hype" the stock?
I am not trying to be difficult, I and others would just like some clear answers. Please give specific answers to these questions. I can think of no reason you could not give these answers.
"Everyone" will have the opportunity to know the truth. I think it would be illegal to give false answers on a public board.
