musicguy -- If memory serves, you use Waterhouse -- call them. I've had several orders in the past that should have filled and didn't, and I was able to get them filled quickly by calling and hollering at them. Rose (also make sure they don't try to stick you with the full commission because you called...I have a never-ending battle with Waterhouse because they seem to arbitrarily slap a $45 commission on half my online trades)
