Why do you think they dropped HPFS support in NT 4.0 How about the fact that HPFS users are about as common as spotted owls? Your argument makes no sense. If an NT user is dual booting and needs HPFS that means he bought NT, right? MSFT would support HPFS if only to get those sales of OS/2 users but there just are not enough of them to justify the ongoing development and support costs. Do I detect a little IBM bias here? OS/2 still sells pretty well in some IBM controlled European banking systems...
