I feel it is difficult to make predictions, especially about the future. :)

My point is that the spike in ENMD is irrational, and is now reverse spiking. For more info take a look at:
biz.yahoo.com .

Since the spike was irrational, it could also occur in other stocks in the same volatile field. For example, what if rumors of a buyout started circulating?

Incidentally, the lack of dramatic effects of ISIP's drugs in mice you refer to is not especially meaningful because treatment is not especially predictive of effects in humans, as the referenced article shows.
