A couple of questions:

1. What's so new about the VST Zip? Is this the 12.7" drive? Or just down right right new design?

2. Increasing Returns analysis, when was it written? A year ago, I would've shared their view, today, I'm a little skeptical.

I say this becasue I see the Zip losing momentum. I was looking at a DELL ad in USA Today paper and only one system came with a Zip, nothing like the old days when a Zip was included in 3 out of 5 systems.

Couple this with the increasing quality problems that continue to plague/rise with every new prodcut announced (first was Jaz, then Buz, then Jaz2, now revised guidlines for Zip+(which I think is a dead prodcut now)) and one can easily see why IOM is not in as a strong postition as it was, say, a year ago.

Hence, nothing to get excited about the report, IMHO.

Still holding

P.S. S. bteh, saw the the promotion for the $99 Zip in Office Depot, too.
