Have we confirmed that the city of Richmond is field testing the units ? I only live 45 minutes away from Richmond, CA. I'd like to drive down there and see the AMR units in person, maybe take some pictures and post it on a web site. What would be the best way to get an audience with the utility in Richmond. Go through GLCP first ?
