Will this work in all market conditions? My research of the past two years included the 16% correction in June - July... but obviously you would want to put every cent you could gather into shorting some high-flyers when such a correction is in process... and the opportunities to make MUCH quicker and LARGER profits are so easy to spot. One of the reasons I'm not using this system now is because there are some really excellent shorts that I'm watching and playing at this time. Check the topic "Hot list of stocks to short".

As for stocks meeting this criterion... when a stock qualifies, you have to get it the next day because it is VERY likely it will take off quick. I recommend watching the stock the next day until the bid moves up enough to match or pass the opening ask price. My records show that the stocks that qualify and move up and hold at least 2% the next day have an average potential gain OVER 15%. Of course not everyone has time to work this system so closely and often the price is rising so fast you can't get in before it's up 6% or more. I still buy up to about 10% because this is a good sign. Keep in mind that you'll seldom hold one of these stocks over 10 days.. unless it just keeps climbing and climbing.
