This is a good strategy. I will also buy again at 15 (given that the market doesn't enter a correction) but I will sell just before the next earnings release. As Trilobyte pointed out, the decline in revenues is something to be concerned about. If the numbers disappoint next quarter, FTIC could go down in a real hurry, back to 13 or lower.
