K, I understand and respect your decision and position on this. But how can you state they are doing one thing and saying another? Beginning with your conversation (about 10 or so days ago?) with Jack, he keeps repeating the same to others who've called. Totally re-working this, from a merger to an acquisition of WOTD by CVIA surely cannot be completed at lightning speed. And, as Jack told you and others, the split is not a done deal and MAY be revised. Why don't we just give him that time - less than two weeks, probably next week (?) - to see what the news is and how this whole thing has been re-worked.
