Robert, I do understand where you are coming from and agree that we the shareholders may have become a touch complacent. I just don't think that the pressure on the company should be on the promotional side of the coin, rather it should be to create a concerted effort to get them to supply consistent and concise progress reports and to follow thru with putting the fundamentals on the table and actually deliver the goods. We have seen a few deals hit the table and then go south and while I respect Mark for tossing a deal if it just doesn't look right (even at the 11th hour) it has had an effect on the stock and on the speculative investor. New "potential" deals are not having
the same speculative effect because everyone is waiting now for them to become reality, before they jump on board. WRN is not the only stock I have seen this phenomenon occur with.

There have without a doubt been some games played with the numbers, when they will be included, the accounting practices undertaken, etc. and while I do understand some of the rationale behind what they are trying to do, this doesn't necessarily mean I agree with it.

These are only my opinions, so please be sure I am happy to see other visions, of what should be being done, presented. Let's keep the discussion alive and well.

Salut,
Leigh McBain
