To everyone,
I been away from the thread for a few days hoping for some insite on the proxy vote due in very shortly. What are the consequences if we don't approve more shares? I was told by the Co. that there are now 79 mm shares issued. Much of it restricted or non-exercisable till $3.00. So they don't have anymore shares left to work with if something comes along. Are they going to be able to continue with the growth they have shown us without them? Are they going to be able to attract the caliber of talent that they need without a healthy stock incentive plan? We all know that they have some good products in the pipeline Let's try to figure out which is the best plan for the continued growth and momentum for the company and not worry about the short term value of the shares. If they really need these shares, I for one would not want to deprive them of the tools they require to conduct business.

Looking for some intelligent thoughts.
