Addendum:

The merits of any acquired properties will have to carry Geodex into the future. A stronger VSE, a higher stock price, and later, higher metal prices will factor in also.

For example, Treminco Resources recently acquired a property in Montana and its stock price went up on the news. Geodex will have to do likewise for financing to occur without excessive dilution.

I would like management to meet with Kaiser in June when he comes to Vancouver. Explanation of all acquisitions, prospects of financing and why numerous unsolicited project submissions were received.

Currently, all operations are being funded by the principals themselves. The hiring of 3 more full-time geologists and a web site under construction are hopeful signs. I believe that new properties have been acquired as talk has turned to financing projects.

Reading past internet messages would suggest not talking/listening to management at all. Yet Kaiser himself, Rule #7, encourages talking with management. Some skill is required to listen to the "tone of insiders and reading between the lines". For more risk adverse investors, wait for news releases and independent newsletter commentaries.
