Steve... first, you can't go by what I say, but here's a few ideas, valuation compared to others in its sector... it has been basing about 6 months from its October high of 15.... it's still there... they have exceeded estimates 4 out of their last 5 quarters... they have been doing some decent volume the last several sessions.... it has recently pump-faked to the 13 support area.... usually a good indicator the flighty traders have been taken out.... now that the MM has their shares he and his friends will be richer when they take the stock higher... hey, we could see yet another pump fake to 13 but as time goes on odds favor an upside BO as long as fundamentals remain in tact...... in Feb eps estimates were increased to reflect improving fundamentals and prospects for this company....

Net sales increased 46% from the $6,824,000 recorded in the first quarter of 1997 and net income and earnings per
share were up 24% and 25%, respectively, from the $1,338,000, or 16 cents per share, during the first quarter of 1997.

Per Frank O'Brien, ICU Medical's Chief Financial Officer, ''CLAVE products accounted for most of the increase in net
sales and a large part of the increase in CLAVE net sales was accounted for by sales to Abbott Laboratories

O'Brien added: ''We now have six consecutive quarters in which the company has reported record net sales. And, our
gross margin was 58% for the first quarter, an improvement from 57% in the first quarter of 1997.''
