Alex... you'd be alot richer right now if this lawsuit had never been brought.... stock would have twice the eps (float effectively doubled to cover the suit.... what a fiasco) and no stigma... a lesson to be learned... shareholder lawsuits NEVER return anything to shareholders... only to opportunistic attorneys... today, SPNSF would have been fully protected under "Safe Harbor" clause about forward looking statements... it should be obvious, this company never meant to defraud anybody... they were just a little too optimistic... I suspect SPNSF would be in the high 20s (compare BEAS, and a host of others).... If, anybody is listening... getting even is a waste of time and energy.... one's interests are ALWAYS better served by moving on (when one feels he has been wronged) and putting energy into positive opportunities... But, guess that's all water under the bridge now... and we're all alot wiser... C'mon SPNSF, lets's kick it in and make a whole bunch of money now.... Craig
