I have no doubt whatsoever I missed it. I should have asked if an offer had been made. I didn't. I simply asked Mr. Carlini's opinion of the alleged price. Now I do have opinions based on bits and pieces from several conversations, but it's pure speculation and I could be wrong. At any rate, tomorrow should be interesting. Regards, Pat
