Hi Dave, I got the article from the Wallstreet Journal which was posted on
March 18, 1996. ELM is the company which is acquiring DNAP. The fresh
fruit subsidary of ELM is to join with DNAP to form a new company
that will be called DNAP Holding. The new company will be trading on the
NASDAQ.
