Most emerging countries now are going directly cellular and wireless. Cheaper, more effecient, faster than laying landlines. I just saw a report how foreign usage will blow past the US in Internet usage very soon. (Now, remember what I said about the Internet growing EXPONENTIALLY faster than TV, radio, telephone, cars) Here you go, Lisa:
"Motro saw non-U.S. users doing the majority of Internet searching in three to five years, while Koogle said 40 percent of all of Yahoo!'s web site use -already- originates outside the United States, and that level is growing."

The companies with the best overseas relationships and contracts will benefit the most. And it will be enormous overseas. p.s. Telephone costs are coming way down, but most user won't even be accessing by phone. It'll mainly be cable and wireless/satellite available to common people.
