Chin, your statements are in some cases totally wrong, in some cases obvious and in some cases exagerated.

You're wrong about MPEG1. It's obvious CUBE will not own the MPEG2 market as it does the VideoCD market. But the MPEG2 market is much, much larger than the MPEG1 market and CUBE will be a major player.

"It is NOT known whether the 1st shippment of DVD will use C-Cube and then the Asian will change to use their own chip." The first DVD players do not include CUBE chips but so what. The real action begins next year.

"If it happens like the Meg1, then it is really really bad." What does this mean? "However, the later shippment will count much more as the market becomes more mature." If you're referring to entry next year as more important than first to market, I agree.

"Fasten your seat belt! Will this stock touch 20 (without split)?" You're exagerating. Disclose your interest. With a statement like this, you are short - disclose how many shares. If you're not short, your opinion is hot air.
