I decided to brush the dust off the chart software and noted that APCO's 40 dma is roughly about where you stated this ACT is (around $12 +/-). The 5 dma crossed below the 13 dma several days ago, which could have been construed as a short term sell signal. I would expect a bounce off of the 40 dma which, like you stated, should occur sometime in the next couple of days. A break below the 40 dma would definitely be a sell signal as this would indicate a total breakdown, but I don't expect this to occur. How's that for a stab at TA? :-)
