These arguments seem to be getting quite repetitive on both sides, with little new value added. I think that on Wall Street, like they say in Hollywood, "nobody knows anything". Sun & MS are indeed competing for various segments of the next phase in computing. Everyone has their take on the outcome of the game, but nobody, including you, really knows. Debate & discussion are useful when they don't get too repetitive. I for one appreciate (and sometimes even learn from) your posts modulo the snideness of your tone.
But I do have a request.
If you're right, and SUNW tanks, there's little doubt about what your posts will sound like: a lot of crowing and I-told-you-so's, and that's fine, you will have earned the right. But here's the request: if SUNW should happen to run up, say into the 50's or 60's (and as you said in a post just before the last runup, "dumb things happen all the time"), I think maybe you should pledge not to disappear this time as you did last summer. Be prepared to hang around and explain what's going on with something stronger than "just wait, time will prove me right".
Sound fair?
