Frank, it is probably not even necessary to make your estimates, unless you are doing it for fun, or for a learning experience. The company has already confirmed that earnings should be about .12 less than the pre-Arpril 15th consensus. I believe that puts us around $1.15 for 1998, with significant upside potential as more of the acquisitions close.

Of course, I'd still be interested to hear what you come up with !

Have you listened to the conference call playback yourself? During the Q&A portion, they do answer some questions on that subject, if I'm not mistaken.
