On a serious note, I will refer you to the RMIL thread and a letter posted that was recieved from the SEC. The SEC state that the ten day halt was the extent of the SEC's 'investigation'. RMIL, it appears, is in charge of its own destiny.

I chose that name becaused I was fooled by the GIFS scam for awhile. It
reminds me daily that not all management is trustworthy and to invest my
money cautiously.
