to all mgi shareholders on the thread -- Please vote against the merger with discreet. MGI's continued dilution is damaging to discreet's prospects. Discreet's sloppy execution is damaging to the value that MGI could get by selling to another potential partner. I'm very close to Discreet, they didn't know about the problem in the quarter (they should have) but they didn't find out about the problematic clause in a finished deal until two days before they reported. MGI wouldn't have impacted march quarter anyhow. MGI's late delivery of Photosuite II is crushing estimates for discreet's june quarter. These two companies have very little in common and don't belong together. Please vote against the deal! TD
