Looks like Carbite has posted 1997 results. See biz.yahoo.com Looks like a lot is riding on the new putter. "The disappointing results are attributed to a variety of non recurring events including production adjustments, new product introductions and the fact that the very successful Viper Bite infomercial reached the end of its natural life cycle. The Company is well positioned with new products to return to profitability in 1998. With the consolidation the Canadian office has been closed and corporate functions have been shifted to the management group in California, thereby eliminating some of the duplication in management costs. The Company has completed and drawn down on the $500,000 debenture announced on April 14,1998. The funds will be used to fund the media purchases for the Polar Balanced Putter infomercial."
