*OFF TOPIC* Brad, MISM is in the middle of closing a very large financing and then a series of large deals. I am very positive on this information. The transfer company says that they can't release that information to me but the company has to do it. I have a previous share count (as of end of 1997) but there has been a small private placement and some of the deals involved shares to be issued. The company can't give out this information because all is in transition. I was looking to find ou the magnitude of the private placement (if I can) to try to determine who would be selling at this point in time. It seems totally illogical to me. Just looking for other avenues for verification and information. Thanks. Personally, I think it sounds strange that a transfer agent (as hired by a public company) would every release information of this type unless authorized by the company.
