To All - Re SAC, Overview/Comments

As the SAC starts to develop, you may feel that it's fragmented, that it lacks continuity, or flow. Don't worry, it has to feel this way. Think of it as a start-up, a new business - difficult under any circumstances, but here, with this "start-up," we've never met face-to-face, and probably most of us never will.

Moreover, we're putting the SAC together through a medium that's inherently fragmentary - the Net. E-mails and posts, with a fax or phone call now and then - we're fitting together a puzzle under an arhythmic strobe light, without being able to see all the pieces to choose from at once, or as they are placed. The process has got to feel jagged - that's its nature.

Thus it will be hard at times for us to feel that we're really a team, as this cubist creation morphs. Don't worry about it. Keep your eye on the springwater: It flows to board, to management, to asset, to stock.

Best,

Mike.
