signing of a master distribution agreement with Ing. K. Simonsen
A/S ("Simonsen") of Norway.
Simonsen will market ALYA products in northern Europe and
particularly in Norway and Sweden.
Simonsen is one of the largest value added wholesalers in
Scandinavia, established in 1964, presently with revenues of US$11.5

distributes electronic, automation, and security
systems for building applications and industrial automation.
Simonsen is one of the founders and is the leader of the LonUsers
Norway (association of manufacturers, distributors and end-users of
LonWork based products) and has operations in Norway, Sweden and
Denmark.
Simonsen is an Echelon approved "Authorized Network Integrator"
for Norway, and according to Mr. Oyvind Simonsen, President,
Simonsen is "...taking Networking Beyond the Computer..." Based on
their LonWorks/LonMark expertise together with a wide range of
application experts, Simonsen is focused on interoperable networking
based on a truly open architecture.
Mr. Bjorn Vigeland -- Simonsen's Product Manager for Security
recently completed one week of training in ALYA's offices on the
System's installation. ALYA is shipping two of the Company's
Advanced Security Management Systems to Simonsen for installation in
their offices as reference sites.
Simonsen will incorporate ALYA's O.P.E.N.centrix(tm) in a
demonstration of interoperability at the upcoming trade show "ELIADEN
'98" in Oslo, Norway on May 25, 1998.
