To: E Richter,

According to the engineering firm a plant can be built in 30 days after the first one is completed and all the kinks are worked out. Arcon will attract JV partners at that time (if they desire and I am sure they turn down offers now) at a very low percentage because they will be in the drivers seat. The stock will trade at many times earnings as the anticipation of each new plants potential profits are realized. So lets say they build or have a client base for 10 plants year one at 7 million profit per plant. That's 70 million profit in one year and if they build 70 plants in the next 5 years that is 350 million profit and we are over 50 dollar per share easy. Conservatively speaking considering the multi billion dollar potential. Once the first plant is operating institutions and bankers will be throwing money at Arcon. The point of Arcon not getting a JV partner is to have the bottom line in there own pockets. The board of directors have been in this field for 30 plus years and this is their signature. What's one more year. All the concerns will be put to rest soon enough. IMO
