Hi Chloe, this must be the thread you mentioned. James, good to see you here also. Did you ever call the HST people?

I came here to see if anybody could help evaluate the company I mentioned on the other thread - Syntroleum. It's an interesting reverse merger story. Syntroleum is a private company that has a new gas-to-liquids process. They are 35% owned by SLHO, a public company. SLHO sold off its real estate and other holdings such that it ended up being comprised of Syntroleum and $50 million in cash. Syntroleum announced last week a reverse merger with SLHO. The interesting thing is that the market cap of the new company will be $845 million when you do the math!

Any thoughts?
