Mike Cooper v. Mike Cooper(man)-What's wrong with this picture?

Mike Cooper (TSE:AED) (NASDAQ OTC:GRVSF) gravis.com

Mike Cooper(man) (TSE:SKI) (NASDAQ:SWEBF) softquad.com

Two Canadian PC companies each trading on the TSE and NASDAQ OTC.

What is Mike Cooper of Gravis up to and what has he been up to? What did he know and when did he know it?

Softquad--smaller than gravis, negligible brand equity vs. Gravis, sustaining significant losses and creating significant shareholder value. What did Mike Cooper do for Gravis? What did Mike Cooper do for Gravis shareholders? What did Mike Cooper do for Mike Cooper?
What is Mike Cooper about to do in his fiduciary capacity to the Gravis shareholders regarding (NYSE:AMB)'s allegedly illegal and fraudulent 'going private' transaction ppursuant to its allegedly false and fraudulent US SEC 13(d) and 14(d) filings and the fact AMB waived its tender offer along with their rights on 9-20-96?

Mike Cooperman and Softquad v. Mike Cooper and Gravis. Check out the Softquad site or ANY site of a publicly-held company and then review this SI site since its inception. What's wrong with this picture? Don't bother asking Mike Cooper. As a matter of record he nor American Brands nor Chadbourne & Parke nor Richard Groome nor Richardson Greenshields nor Dominion (new owner of RG) nor anyone related to the Gravis-AMB hostile takeover have returned phone calls nor responded in any fiduciary capacity to Gravis shareholders.
